SCHEDULE OF FEES

 

Except the regular fees mentioned below the Institute does not charges any other donation or captivation money nor does it encourage any such attempt.  Student / Trainees are therefore advised to bring to the notice of the Principal / Managing Committee members if any person demands or suggests any such payment.
  Prospective candidates seeking admission are also warned against any such attempt. In case it becomes known that a candidate has paid or offered to pay any such money at any stage, his/her name will be removed from the rolls of the Institute.
  The Institute charges the Following fees:

1.  TOTAL YEARLY FEE: This fee is charged once a year in the start of the start of the session. This fee contributes towards tuition charges, laboratory/workshop expenditure.

2.  BOARD EXAMINATION FEE: This fee is charged at the time of submission of examination form to the Directorate of Technical Education in accordance with the rates fixed by them. The fee is payable separately for each examination along with additional charges levied for such late payment.


3.  INTERNAL EXAMINATION FEES: Rs 500/- (or Rs. 300/- depending on course) will be charged as Internal Examination fee at the time of depositing annual fees.


4.  CAUTION MONEY: Rs. 500/- to be charged from admitted students only. The caution Money is payable at the time of admission, and is meant to ensure seriousness of purpose as also to cover normally the safe keeping the Institute property. The caution money is kept in deposit with the Institute and is refunded to the student or forfeited according to the following provisions.


a)  Caution Money is refunded in full or partially after adjusting any outstanding bills, breakage charges, fines etc. after a student leaves the institute after completing the Course of study prescribed for the year and clearing all dues.
b)  Caution Money will be forfeited if:
i)  The candidate, after admission does not complete the year/or full term to which he is admitted and leaves the institute without clearing his dues and fees for the remaining period.
ii) The name of a student/trainee is removed from the rolls due to indiscipline, false statements or absence.
iii)   Validity for refund expires.
  All payment made to the institute is respect of fees and other charges acknowledge proper receipts (except external examination fee)
  Parents/guardians/students are strongly advised to insist on the issue of such a receipt from the Institute office whenever any payment is made.

5.  OTHER CHARGES (MISCELLANEOUS)


i)  Readmission fee Rs. 500/- will be charged in all cases where a student/trainee rejoins once his name is struck off on any account.
ii) A nominal charge of Rs 20/- will be levied for each duplicate certificate of any type and for any such certificate that is not issue by the Institute as a routine.
iii)   Fine of Rs. 2/- per day of unauthorized absence and also for late payment of fee will be charged up to a period of 5 days, after which the name of the defaulter will be removed from the rolls, Special fines may also be imposed for act of Indiscipline, disorderly behavior, or irresponsible handing of Institute property even if damage is caused.
iv) All damage to Institute property will be paid by the student / trainee responsible for the damage. In case there are any damages/breakages/losses during any session for which individual responsibility cannot be fixed, the cost will be recovered from the whole class.  Moreover special fines will be imposed if the damage is intentional or due to gross carelessness.NOTE: -
1.  Fees at the time of admission must be paid through Bank Draft/Cash payable at Satyam ITI, Sikar. Chequee will not be accepted.
2.  All fees are Non-refundable except Caution Money (provided condition are met) and once paid cannot be paid back.
3.  A student/trainee, once admitted, has to pay full tuition fee for the entire year to which he/she is admitted, even if he/she leaves the Institute without completing the year.
